Up in our little mountain town, there used to be an annual celebration of an old man who was laid to rest up in dem der hills for over 30 years, frozen solid. His spirit would bring out the quirkiness that was Nederland, and it was always a joyous, zaney celebration of his life, community, and science. He thought that he could help.
His body and the official festival have since been relocated up North, but his spirit will forever primarily rest in Nederland. SO, in his honor, we’ve decided to host our own event. There will be music, quirky events, and all in all, and good time to be had. We hope you can join us.
