No idea how I’m turning 54 in a few months, but it’s a hell of a lot better than not turning 54 in a few months.
I’ve screwed up an awful lot in my life. I’d love to say I learned from all those mistakes, but I’m not sure that’s true. I’ve also been incredibly lucky in many, many ways in my life. I hope I’ve appreciated that luck appropriately.
If you swipe to the next photo, you’ll see a whole bunch of show dates all over the country starting in April. Those are all just me and a small theater/venue ranging from 60-150 seats (I’m pretending Nederland, CO isn’t a 250 seater for now!) I have no idea how I’m going to sell tickets to any, let alone all, of those shows and it’s TERRIFYING. But it’s pretty damn exciting, too.
I know that statistically, there’s a pretty good chance that I left this career too late. That there just isn’t enough time to “make it” – whatever that means. I’m gonna do it anyway. Onward.
