CGBG’s 10th Annual Green Home Tour: 15+ Homes, 3 Cities, Sept 19

The Colorado Green Building Guild‘s (CGBG) Green Home Tour turns ten and we’re opening more doors than ever! On Saturday, September 19, 2026, CGBG invites you to a self-guided, self-paced tour of 15 exceptional homes across Boulder, Denver, and Fort Collins.

There’s nothing more inspiring than walking through these sustainable living spaces and talking with the people who built them: high-performance builds, certified passive houses, and thoughtfully renovated urban infill homes across a range of styles and budgets. Whether you’re planning to buy or build, remodeling your own home, or working in real estate, design, or the trades, you’ll leave with practical ideas and real contacts.

Tour homes from 10 a.m.–4 p.m., then meet the manufacturers, contractors, and energy experts behind the projects at the Build Better Expo (3–7 p.m.), and celebrate at the after-party (5–7 p.m.) with a drink and appetizers.
