For over two decades, readers of The Mountain-Ear opened their weekly papers to find a hilarious, comforting and exceptionally absurd reflection of Rocky mountain life in George Blevins’ iconic comic strip, “Cabin Fever”. To celebrate the laughter and joy Blevins brought to the Peak-to-Peak community, The Carousel of Happiness is hosting a celebration of his life’s work on August 1st & 2nd from 10am-5pm. Come say “Hi” to George, Nederland’s favorite Cartoonist! And get your hands on a free autographed copy of the “Cabin Fever” collection while supplies last.
